Which vehicle types are included in this subscription?
This online CAP HPI Black Book subscription covers used car valuations only. It does not include vans, LCVs, HGVs, trucks, or motorcycles. Please contact our team if you need valuations for other vehicle types.
Is the monthly option a rolling monthly subscription?
No. This is a 12-month business subscription. The monthly option allows you to pay the total subscription cost in 12 monthly instalments.
What is the difference between paying monthly and annually?
Both options provide access for 12 months. With annual billing, you pay the full subscription cost upfront and receive the applicable annual discount. With monthly billing, the total cost is divided into 12 monthly payments.
What is included in my subscription?
Your subscription includes access for one named user, 150 reg annual lookups, and unlimited searches by make, model, and derivative.
When will I receive access after payment?
Monday to Friday, within 24 hours – *Friday PM would be the following Monday.
